Chris at Port au Prince Airport

Chris called this morning around 6 AM PST to let me know they made it to the airport and are now trying to figure out how to get out.  They are waiting for military transports that have seats available (if you carry a US Passport you can get on one of these).  There are some commercial flights going out but they come at a cost of $600 p/seat.  So they will wait and she will call once she hears more information.

  1. Godspeed,SafeJourney ChrisP, ChrisG, & Victoria. Thank you for your very visable hard work in helping Humanity. You are the BEST! Once in Miami, are they on their own or will UA or AMEM be able to help them get back to Ca.? When will the other part of the Team be able to return? Love & Blessings to all of you. Also, thanks to Alden for the updated video. We appreciate his footage. Crystal

  2. Crystal,
Once in Miami they are on their own. We had flights already booked for Thursday, they'll need to do a ticket change (at least $150) to get on flights sooner than Thursday. Based on the flight schedules, I don't think they'll catch any flights today, they'll probably have to get a hotel, freshen up, and then catch flights on Wednesday.

I have not heard news about the rest of the team, if they will be returning Thursday as scheduled or not. Maybe we'll get some news from Michelle on FaceBook where she has been posting.
